Tekktopia Limited provides technology services including, but not limited to, custom software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT support, data analytics, mobile and web development, product design, Microsoft 365 provisioning, AI solutions, and IT consultancy.

The specific terms governing any service engagement — including scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines — will be set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work between Tekktopia and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and a client agreement, the client agreement shall prevail.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Tekktopia Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Work product created for clients under a separate engagement agreement will be governed by the intellectual property provisions of that agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tekktopia retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the delivery of services.
